Payment Agreement

This Payment Agreement ("Payment Agreement") governs your use of the paid services available through Combos ("Services"). The terms "User", "you", or "your" refer to the individual accepting these Payment Terms.
These Payment Terms serve as a supplement to Combos Terms of Use ("Terms") and forms an integral part thereof, binding upon you. In the event of any conflict between this Payment Agreement and the Terms, the Payment Agreement shall prevail.
To utilize the paid services and related features, you must carefully read and comply with this Appendix, the Terms, and any other terms, agreements, rules, guidelines, policies, notices, and directives related to your use and/or access to our website, paid services, and promotional activities, including any revisions we may issue from time to time.
If you have not reached eighteen as specified in the Terms or the age of majority as defined by the laws of your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission if you want to use the paid Services.
We reserve the right to modify, replace, and/or update this Payment Agreement at any time. All applicable disclaimers, indemnity provisions, and exclusions of liability contained in this Payment Agreement and the Terms shall survive the termination of this Payment Agreement for any reason.
1.Credit System
Credits are allocated to users based on their subscription plan. They are categorized as follows:
Purchased Credits: Credits obtained through the paid plans and remain permanently valid.
2.Refund and Invoice Policy
No refund would be issued under any circumstances. You could contact us through email [ support@combos.converge.ai ] if you need an invoice for a successful payment.
3.Payment Process
Upon successful payment, confirmation notice will be sent to you. If a payment transaction fails, you will be notified and may attempt the payment again. Any outstanding payment orders must be completed before initiating a new transaction.
4.Termination
The paid plan is one-time purchase, and the service becomes effective upon successful payment.
